Accelerating Renewable Energy Deployment on Islands in Africa, the Indian Ocean, Mediterranean, and South China Sea

The Small Island Developing States (SIDS) Lighthouses Initiative is an enabling platform for the strategic deployment of renewable energy in SIDS. The objective at this side event was to discuss the financing modalities available to islands as they work towards deploying more successful renewable energy projects.
