Intersolar Europe is the world’s leading exhibition for the solar industry and its partners and takes place annually at the Messe München exhibition center in Munich, Germany. The event’s exhibition and conference both focus on the areas of photovoltaics, solar thermal technologies, solar plants, as well as grid infrastructure and solutions for the integration of renewable energy. Since being founded 27 years ago, Intersolar has become the most important industry platform for manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, service providers and partners of the solar industry.
At this event, IRENA and Terrawatt Initiative (TWI) hosted an event on Keep it smart and simple: Innovating transactions to cut costs and accelerate growth in solar power, at ICM München on 20 June 2018 from 14:00 to 15:30. In this event, IRENA, TWI and the leaders of the Initiative’s work streams highlighted how simplified contracts can reduce risk, save time and unlock greater investment, in order to help meet the objectives set by the Paris Agreement and the Sustainable Development Goals.
